France’s Youssef Niakate opened the scoring in the 43rd minute against the hosts, but the visitors restored parity in the second half (56th minute) thanks to Luis Gustavo.
Cristiano Ronaldo played all 98 minutes (including overtime), but the Portuguese was unable to get his name on the scoresheet.
With this result, Al-Nassr lost their chance to play for the title in the final stages of the season when they face Al-Fateh.
“Al-Ittihad” became the champion for the first time since 2009.
