With Miheica Ciganescu, Cipriane Tudose, Florin Arteni, Mugurel Semchuk, Marius Kozmiuk, Sergiu Bejan, Stefan Berariu, Florin Lehaci and Adrian Munteanu, they completed the test in 5:28.14.
The crew from Great Britain climbed to the first step of the podium (05:28.09), and the third place was taken by the Netherlands (05:28.61).
