Manchester United cruised to a convincing 4-1 win over rivals Chelsea in their Premier League last 16 tie and are confident of next season’s Champions League qualification.

Erik ten Hag’s side opened the scoring after just six minutes when Casemiro headed home Eriksen’s cross.

In first-half stoppage time, United doubled their lead after Martial’s success.

The second half also belonged to the Devils, who scored twice more through Bruno Fernandes, in the 73rd minute from the penalty spot, and Marcus Rashford in the 78th minute, after he rounded goalkeeper Capa.

In the 89th minute, “Chelsea” reduced the difference thanks to Joao Felix.

After this result, Manchester United scores 72 points and rises to the third position in the Premier League standings, while the Londoners remain in 12th place with 43 points.
