Next steps
The convocation of a new parliament will take place next Sunday, 29 May, for the sole purpose of swearing in the deputies. On Monday, May 30, a national delegation will be convened to elect the president, and K. Tasul is expected to be re-elected.
Then (even within the same day) will follow the issuance and submission to parliament of a new presidential decree on the dissolution of parliament and the official determination of the day of the new electoral competition.
