
The volume of construction work increased in the first 3 months by 12.7%, according to data sent on Monday by the INS, with the largest increases in capital repair work (+26.4%) and new construction (+15.3%). In terms of construction objects, engineering structures (+24.8%), residential (+6.1%) and non-residential buildings (+3.0%) increased.

The volume of construction works increased by 42.4% in gross terms, the growth was highlighted by: work on current maintenance and repair (+48.2%), work on new construction (+41.3%) and work on capital repair (+37, 3%). The construction objects increased: non-residential buildings (+47.0%), engineering structures (+45.3%) and residential buildings (+32.9%).

The volume of construction works in gross terms increased by a total of 17.7%. By structural elements, growth was recorded in major repairs (+37.5%), new construction (+18.0%) and current maintenance and repair (+11.0%).
In terms of construction objects, growth was recorded in engineering structures (+29.2%), residential buildings (+18.9%) and non-residential buildings (+2.7%).
