Liverpool are preparing a lot of changes in the squad at the end of this season. The Cormorants have announced that they are parting ways with 4 players this summer and Jurgen Klopp will surely require reinforcements in order for the team to compete with other opponents in the EPL as well as at European level.

Roberto Firmino, James Milner, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita, players to leave Liverpool this summer

Jurgen Klopp is coming off the end of his worst season since joining Liverpool and the Anfield Road side will see some reshuffles at the end of the season.

The club announced on Facebook on Wednesday that they are parting ways with 4 players at the end of the season.

“We can confirm that Roberto Firmino, Naby Keita, James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will all leave the club when their contracts expire this summer.

Special thanks go to the Anfield quartet and after the season we wish Roberto, Nabi, James, Alex and their families all the best for the future.” – says the club’s official press release.

Next season, Liverpool are already considering signing Brighton’s Alexis McAllister to strengthen their midfield.

Liverpool are currently 5th in the Premier League with 65 points, just one behind rivals Manchester United who also have a game in hand. In 3rd place Newcastle with 66 points.
