Interior Minister Lucian Bode said the new arena will be multifunctional and have 25,059 seats.

The stadium will have an amphitheater, a museum, a hotel, a restaurant and even a heliport.

“The stadium will become a new home for many of our athletes, because it is a multifunctional arena with more than 25,000 seats.

The arena will not be just for football, but will serve all sections of the club, with facilities for boxing, weightlifting, judo, fencing, wrestling, athletics and more.

The new stadium will be classified as Category 4 Elite according to UEFA’s classification, i.e. the highest standards, which means it will also be able to host Champions League finals and other competitions.

“For this large project worth more than 700 million lei, we completed the feasibility study and received more than 90% approvals. We are therefore on track and only a few months away from September, when we estimate that the demolition of the old arena will begin, while the CNI will be tendering the design and construction in parallel,” he added. Dynamo Arena will have VIP seats, parking and fully covered stands

The new arena in Stefan cel Mare will have, among other things, its own parking lot for VIP spectators – up to 200 seats will be available.

• Four changing rooms, two warm-up rooms, spacious places for teams, staff, officials and organizers.

• There will be 12 VIP boxes, booths, a restaurant, at least 400 square meters of hospitality space.

• There will also be places for people with disabilities.
