The relevant funds would be paid both for commercial transactions that did not actually take place, regarding the purchase of products and services intended for the nursing unit, and for goods purchased at prices exceeding six times the purchase price.
In May 2017, DNA also brought Florin Sekuriana to court for committing the crimes of embezzlement – five acts, one of which has particularly serious consequences – and bribery.
