Cosmote is also the contractor for the project to digitize the diplomatic and historical archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with a budget of 24.5 million euros, as part of a joint venture with Quality & Reliability. Another of the information society projects includes the establishment of four new biometric data collection centers of the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum. As the date of the national elections approaches, the speed of maturation, bidding and, above all, the awarding of projects aimed at the digital transformation of the state is expected to slow down, especially after the possible appointment of an interim government. However, to date, it is estimated that the Information Society has completed tenders for 90% of the projects included in the Recovery Fund.

The company manages 400 projects with a total value of 4.9 billion euros. It is estimated that since November last year, the Information Society has announced 44 projects with a total budget of 507.6 million euros.
