The second set was tied, but Iryna managed to win before the tie-break, missing a match point.
For entering the third round of qualification, Iryna Begu will receive a check for 48,835 euros and 65 points in the WTA singles ranking.
In the next round, Iryna Begu will meet the American Shelby Rogers (38 WTA), who beat Ana Bohdan (61 WTA).
