The war in Ukraine has repeatedly shown that even homemade weapons can be very effective: from drones that throw grenades or Molotov cocktailsor kamikaze drones associated with AG-7 strikesto protective nets for catching enemy kamikaze drones in flight and various types of guns and rocket launchers mounted on the bodies of SUVs.
Now the Ukrainians have found another handy method: they blew up the fortified positions of the Russians on a planted anti-tank mine.
The drone footage shows how a Ukrainian soldier in a forward position near enemy trenches rushes up and drops a knapsack with what is probably a TM-62 anti-tank mine.
After the Ukrainian military drops the mine bag, it falls inside the fortified position and a few seconds later explodes violently.
It is not yet known whether the enemy was in position, but the Ukrainians used a powerful explosion to make sure there was no risk.
