According to police, one dead and five injured are casualties from a traffic accident that occurred early in the morning between two cars and a KTEL bus on the Athens-Thessaloniki national highway at the height of Platamonas. .

The bus, in which there were about 77 people, followed the Thessaloniki-Athens route. The passengers continued their journey on another bus.

Of the wounded, two were seriously injured and were taken to the Katerini hospital, while the other two were slightly injured and were taken to the Larisa hospital.

According to information available at the moment, two cars were parked in an emergency lane, as a result of which the bus collided with them, and the person riding in one of the cars died.
