FreeWire: Newcomer on the Old Continent

FreeWire has just announced its international expansion and is gearing up for it settle in Europe : indeed, an American company will inaugurate its European headquarters on April 19, 2023in Banbury, Oxfordshire Great Britain. The site will include a retail and demonstration center and will serve as a hub for the company’s European operations.

FreeWire plans to install its high-speed charging stations in Great Britain, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain and Italy in 2023 before expanding to other European markets such as France.

FreeWire: European super-fast charging network

FreeWire, in partnership with BP, has already launched Boost Chargers in Europe. In mid-February, FreeWire partnered with Bauwelinck, a local car dealership: the first ultra-fast charger with an integrated battery was installed at a dealership in Antwerp. Belgiumand will be open to the public in the coming weeks.
