The accident involved a car and a motorcycle, as a result of which the driver of the motorcycle was injured.

More than 100 thousand cars left Attica

From Holy Monday, the departure of Easter excursions began, gradually leaving Attica for the provinces.

A total of 108,301 vehicles left Attica from 6 a.m. on Holy Monday until 6 a.m. this morning, according to the Attica Traffic Authority.

In particular, on Maundy Monday, 26,842 cars passed through the Athens-Corinth exit, and on Maundy Tuesday, 29,110 cars. During the same days last year, 23,021 and 26,831 cars left respectively.

25,389 vehicles passed through the Athena-Lamia exit on Maundy Monday and 26,960 vehicles on Maundy Tuesday. During the same days last year, 23,4222 and 25,219 cars were missing, respectively.

It is recalled that from April 7, the Greek police introduced increased traffic measures on the entire road network of the country, in order to ensure the safe movement of citizens and the prevention and prevention of traffic accidents.
