The video shows an alleged Ukrainian soldier (on the right in the image) making a wide movement and throwing a grenade towards the enemy, who is 10-15 meters away.
In the next few seconds, there is an explosion right where at least two enemies were. Basically, the thrown grenade hit the target perfectly.
