Elina Svitolina accuses Anastasia Hasanova of “propaganda of murders, robberies and rapes”

Svitolina (former world No. 3) accused Russian Anastasia Hasanova (WTA No. 273) of her activity in social networks. The situation was discussed during an online meeting of Ukrainian players with the WTA management.

Lesya Tsurenko, new accusations against WTA: “No one thinks about Ukrainians”

Also participating in the same online meeting was Lesya Tsurenko, the player who recently refused to play Aryn at Indian Wells, citing a panic attack caused by a discussion with the head of the WTA about the war in Ukraine. She noted that she did not receive the desired answers this time either.

“I asked everyone present: ‘What have you done, are doing or are going to do to prevent discrimination against Ukrainian tennis players?’ What has the WTA done to maintain a peaceful atmosphere on tour?” I was simply not given an answer.
