In March, rental prices decreased in most sectors of the capital, mainly for three- and four-room apartments. Also, the largest increase in the average price is observed for four-room apartments in sector 6, where prices increased by 10%, and the largest decrease was recorded in four-room apartments in sector 2 (-8%).

Thus, the average prices for renting a one-room apartment ranged from 266 euros (in sector 5) to 380 euros (sector 1). Two-bedroom apartments had an average price of €400 (sector 6) to €600 (sector 1), while three-bedroom apartments had an average price of €500 (in sectors 4 and 6) to €850 (sector 1). How the rent changed in other big cities of the country

In March, housing rental prices in the country’s largest cities remained largely unchanged compared to the previous month. The biggest decrease in rents was observed in the case of three-bedroom apartments in Cluj-Napoca, where the average asking price is approximately 8% lower, and in Arad in the case of studios, where the average price decreased by 6%. . At the same time, the largest month-on-month growth was recorded in Constanta, for studios (10%) and three-room apartments (7%), as well as in Arad for two-room apartments (7%).

Cluj-Napoca

In Cluj-Napoca, the average monthly rent remained unchanged for studios and two-bedroom apartments, while the average price of three-bedroom apartments fell from €650 (in February) to €600 (in March). (See rental price tables at the end of the article)

BRASHOV

The average cost of renting a one-room apartment in Brasov increased by 6% and reached EUR 300/month. Two- and three-room apartments for rent remain at the average price of last month. (See rental price tables at the end of the article)

PERMANENT
