A little boy who went missing in Florida last week was found dead in the mouth of an alligator.

According to CNN, the night before Jeffrey was found dead, Mosley reportedly went to his mother’s house with serious injuries to both hands. The injuries were caused by a fall during a knife attack. He was hospitalized.

“A bloody fingerprint on a detergent bottle that was deliberately placed under the bed at the crime scene has been identified as belonging to Mosley,” the sworn letter says.

The two-year-old boy was not at the scene of the crime, and authorities began searching for him. The next day, a few miles from where Jeffrey was found dead, an alligator was spotted with “something” in its mouth, police said.

The officers fired at the reptile, and it dropped what was in its mouth. Then the police found that it was the body of little Tylen, which was intact. The alligator was euthanized.
