The complaint of the minor, who is the central figure in the Kolonos case, is studied with due attention by the competent authorities in order to establish the facts accurately.

In particular, early yesterday morning (03/04/2023), a relative of a 12-year-old girl complained on the phone that an unknown person attacked the minor in the house where she lives.

The competent police services were immediately mobilized and the juvenile testified about the incident in the presence of a psychologist, and an order was issued for a forensic medical examination. At the same time, the place where the alleged incident took place was investigated by the competent criminal investigation department.

It is noted that the said house was regularly monitored by assigned patrols, however, it was not under constant guard due to the failure to submit the relevant request provided for by the current legislation. Due to the special nature of the incident, the need for everyone to be especially careful when commenting and transmitting information is emphasized.”

Information from “K” says that medical examiner found no stab wounds on the arm of a 12-year-old girl when she pushed her attacker away, as she claimed, but minor abrasions, probably from a pin, a pointed thin object, perhaps even a thimble. The same information states that the stone that the lawyers claimed fell on the balcony was weighing 2.5 kg, that it could scarcely have been thrown to such a height before any of the glass had shattered.

There is also no reported incident by an unknown man with her 12-year-old brother, who allegedly made him a gesture of silence.
