
A rape victim reported that he fell while caring for him at the age of 21 in a building for people with special needs in Thessaloniki. The 22-year-old man, also in custody, was reportedly the perpetrator who was arrested and brought before the district attorney.
According to the complaint, the incident took place at noon last Saturday, and in the afternoon of the same day, a 21-year-old man, accompanied by a psychologist from the structure, went to the Neapolis-Sikeon police station.
A 22-year-old boy was prosecuted for rape, bodily harm and insult, and he was sent for an apology to the investigator.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Thessaloniki was reportedly asked to conduct a separate investigation into possible criminal liability against the leaders of the structure, as they did not realize or prevent the alleged incident.
