
Nikos Dendias will take part tomorrow, Friday, in the trilateral meeting of Cyprus, Greece and Israel in Nicosia.
The Greek Foreign Minister and his Cypriot counterparts Konstantinos Kombos and Israel’s Eli Cohen will be received by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulidis, before subsequently taking part in the tripartite meeting.
Following the trilateral meeting, Mr. Dendias will hold a bilateral meeting with the Israeli Foreign Minister.
Mr. Dendias will also be received by His Beatitude the Archbishop of Nea Justiniana and all Cyprus, Mr. George.
As noted by the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a related statement, the trilateral meeting will be dedicated to further strengthening the close trilateral cooperation in various fields such as energy, disaster response and environmental protection.
In addition, discussions are expected to cover international and regional developments, including the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East, as well as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
