At the third auction, ANAF sold a Mercedes Benz S500 car (2005) for 25,400 lei, the agency said in a statement.
At the first auction, the tax office wanted to receive 37,971 lei.
According to ANAF representatives, the Fiat 500 car was sold several months ago. As for the grounds, not yet.
On October 11, 2022, ANAF Chairman Lucian Heyusch said: “We have auctioned 6 plots of land belonging to Mrs. Elena Udrea to compensate for the damages from the Gala Bute file. The cost of these plots is 3.29 million lei. Two cars that also belong to the debtor. They are a Fiat 500 for 35,000 lei and a Mercedes I think for 37,971 lei. I would like as many people as possible to go to the auction to increase the price of these items so that we can recover the damage , which we have.”
ANAF still has a lien on some lands in the famous Nana to be seized for capitalization and shares, 50% of Eurohotel shares. They are at the evaluation stage. Shares have a special order of capitalization.
The valuation is usually carried out by an authorized valuer.
Olena Udrea is currently serving a six-year prison term after the verdict in the case of Hala Bute.
