Returning to the analysis published in the CECCAR journal, the author wonders whether, in addition to the goal of reducing fraud, namely “gray” work, in certain sectors, the real goal of excessive taxation is not, in fact, to increase tax collection for the public budget, especially because that the changes occurred in the midst of an economic crisis caused by many factors that cannot be predicted and controlled.

“Personally, we believe that the overestimation of part-time employees is ineffective in the long term from the point of view of work efficiency,” the analysis reads.

• Living in an age of technology, where optimization and flexibility of work are actively encouraged, the tax provision only limits these values, significantly hindering the development of workers in other fields of activity or limiting their educational advancement.

• A recommendation to entrepreneurs would be to calculate in advance the costs associated with hiring people on the terms of co-employment.

• From a financial perspective, full-time contracts or targeting people with multiple part-time contracts but which add up to the minimum wage in the economy would be justified.

• And job seekers should take into account the fact that offers of part-time work, which is currently unprofitable for entrepreneurs, will significantly decrease.
