In December 2020, the world’s last football association was established in the Marshall Islands, located in the Central Pacific between Hawaii and Papua New Guinea and forming a group of 29 coral atolls and five islands, of which 24.
It is the only confederation in the world that does not have a national team, but wants the team’s players to wear the first jersey when it is formed. According to Argentina’s specialized website “marketing registrado”, the country has announced a competition through social networks for the design of a T-shirt for the national team, which will represent the small islands of the Pacific Ocean.
Following the unveiling of the team’s first logo in February, the New Marshall Islands Football Association gave until March 18 to submit the design. Those interested simply share their idea on Twitter using the #firstkit hashtag. Under Armor will be sewing the jerseys when the final design is selected.
The winner of the competition will not only see his work done, but will also receive a T-shirt as a keepsake.
The Football Federation is in the process of building its first facilities.
