“The legal department of the PAE AEK has already received an order from the administration to proceed with the filing of an appeal with the CAS regarding the judicial scandal in the case of short beams in Peristeri.

For the AEK, it is fundamental and fair to demonstrate the scope of the legal and judicial scandal and to reveal the dirty background, interference from above and political pressure, which led to two decisions – extremes. The AJC will present the evidence it has, demonstrating the roles and responsibilities for the judicial and legal deviations that have taken place and the non-departmental interference in the work of justice.

The victory on the field has already been won, and football justice has triumphed. But justice has yet to be done in the courtrooms, and the perpetrators and their accomplices must pay for the “dirty beams” case.

Because the impunity of various kinds of violations, as well as the predominance of the forces of darkness, do not contribute to the cleansing of the football field. Purification, for which PAE AEK is constantly fighting and will continue to fight. We will not allow Greek football to sink into a quagmire of notoriety.
