The legislative project, on which the Senate has invited the opinion of the NBR and the ANPC, aims to transfer to the NBR the authority of the ANPC to apply and enforce the provisions of Law 258, limit cash receipts by government institutions from January 2026 and promote the use of modern means of payment.
