The cost of covering rent from the state cannot exceed the amount allocated under the Estia programs, plus 2022 inflation. It also covers the costs of repairing damage found in the property, up to 500 euros per apartment during the rental period. upon presentation of relevant documents and up to four times the monthly rent at the end of the lease at the request of the owner, accompanied by a certificate from a private engineer on the cost of repairing damage.
