The possibility of reducing the price of the first offer has already worked out on the market and, based on the data of the site www.landea.gr, which specializes in finding real estate at auctions, in 2022:

1. Without reducing the price of the first offer, 41,711 auctions were placed, 29,333 auctions were completed (70.3% of those announced), and in 6369 cases (15.3% of those announced) the highest bidder was identified.

2. When the first rate was reduced by 20%, 5,993 auctions were placed, 5,530 auctions were completed (92.3% of placed) and 1,011 (16.9% of placed) auctions were outbid.

A total of 8,752 auctions were held through the online platform.

3. With a 35% decrease in the price of the first offer, 3,565 auctions were announced, 3,339 completed (93.7% of placed) and 1,372 auctions (38.5% of placed) were outbid.

As for the increase in reseller prices in relation to the price of the first offer for successful auctions, i.e. concluded with the choice of reseller, based on data from www.landea.gr for 2022:

a) With an increase of less than 1%, 76.3% was transferred, i.e. 6676 properties.

b) With an increase of 1% to 20%, 9.7% is transferred, i.e. 849 properties.

c) With an increase of more than 20%, 14% was transferred, i.e. 1225 properties.

In total, the value of real estate that changed hands in 2022 through the online platform was 1 billion euros, and the 8,752 properties that found a buyer through the online platform are the most since online auctions were activated. Based on the first offer price for liquidated property, it follows that the average value of liquidated property in 2022 was EUR 114,800 compared to EUR 150,900 in 2021.
