The Brussels Court of Appeal will consider MEPs’ requests this morning in “closed” hearings. Eva Kylie and Mark Tarabella to decide if they would remain in custody in his case. Cathargate.

Finally, the Brussels prosecutor’s office confirmed that Kylie’s partner and European Parliament corruption defendant Francesco Giorgi was released on Monday from Saint-Gilles prison with an electronic bracelet.

F. Giorgi was arrested on December 9 and released by decision of the Pre-trial Council on February 23.
