Number of tenders for various construction and other projects developed Lambda Development at the first stage of its development property of Ellikon. Currently, tender procedures are under way for four important projects for a total estimated amount of 800 million euros. They concern the construction of a shopping center Shopping complex Vouliagmeniwhich will also include office space, a mixed-use tower, sports facilities, and the first phase of Hellinikon Park.

In this context, interested manufacturers have already submitted mandatory financial proposals for the Vouliagmeni Mall complex, which is also the largest project, valued at 400 million euros. According to the information, Avax-Rizzani, GEK TERNA-ACC and Aktor-Besix submitted proposals for a specific project. In contrast, the Intrakat-Bouygues joint venture did not participate in this particular tender, but is expected to sign a final contract for the construction of the €350 million Riviera Tower residential tower.

The Vouliagmeni Mall complex is also the largest project at this stage.

The Vouliagmeni Mall complex includes the construction of the Vouliagmeni Mall shopping center, as well as the new headquarters of the Piraeus Bank group, which will be located on the upper floors of the building. It will be a complex with a total area of ​​130,000 sq.m., of which 85,000 sq.m. will concern the leasable area of ​​the shopping center, and an additional 40,000 sq.m. will apply to offices. The competitive process is similar to that used to nominate the contractor for the residential tower Riviera Tower in Ag. Cosmas. In particular, the contractor will first play the role of project consultant, participating in the preparation for construction, and then the final construction contract will be signed.

At the same time, the companies are waiting for the decision of Lamda Development on the project of sports facilities worth 120 million euros, for which applications have also been submitted. Avax, Aktor, GEK-TERNA and the Mytileneos-Intrakat consortium are bidding for the project. The goal is to sign the contract before the end of the first quarter, with the project completed by the end of 2024. It is reminded that the new sports facilities will be part of the park, and not a single complex. That is, they will be harmoniously integrated into the park. They include a swimming complex with three pools, one indoor and two outdoors, an indoor gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics hall, athletics complexes, an indoor basketball academy and six more indoor training complexes, a football academy with one field (with a hockey field). stripes and synthetic turf), two 7X7 pitches, professional football pitches with locker room and administration building, as well as three football pitches, four outdoor beach volleyball courts, three outdoor basketball courts, and a 20-court tennis academy. Also, the new sports facilities in Elliniko include dormitories for accommodating athletes with 272 beds (121 rooms).

At the same time, the process of expressing interest, and then applying for two more important projects, began. The first of them concerns the construction of a multifunctional tower, which is located in the area of ​​the commercial and business pole of the district, that is, next to Vouliagmeni Street and the shopping center. The specific building will be an investment of 200 million euros. This building is 150 meters high and is planned to house a luxury hotel, offices and residential space. The total area will be 60,000 sq.m.
