The investigation claims that since the beginning of the war, Skvortsov took an active part in “subversive activities against Ukraine in favor of the Russian Federation.”

The prosecutor’s office claims that he allegedly wrote paid articles in which he expressed his pro-Russian views at the insistence of Moscow.

According to the evidence, the blogger denied the existence of Ukraine as a state and the Ukrainian people as a full-fledged independent ethnic group, believed in the “higher mission” of the Russian Federation in the world, and glorified Putin.

The materials written by the blogger “contributed to the spread of Russian propaganda in Ukraine and posed a threat to national security in the information sphere.”

Skvortsova was detained by the SBU after finding him in one of the UOC monasteries in Kyiv, where he was hiding.
