
US President Joe Biden is in Poland, the state news agency PAP reported on Monday with reference to Poland’s Deputy Foreign Minister Piotr Wawczyk after an unexpected visit to Ukraine, Reuters cites.
Earlier in the day, Biden strolled through the Ukrainian capital of Kiev on an unannounced visit, pledging to support Ukraine as long as needed in a trip timed to worry the Kremlin ahead of the anniversary of the Russian invasion.

The US president arrived in the Polish capital shortly before midnight (local time) aboard a plane that flew in from southeastern Poland, after the head of the White House arrived there from Ukraine by train.
Visibly tired, but still easily descending the steps of the plane, President Joe Biden was met by the United States ambassador to Poland and boarded an official limousine, News.ro reports.
