As conceived by the Ministry of Finance, the bill and related provisions should be submitted to Parliament in the coming days and put to a vote before the end of this month. Immediately after the tax administration and Ministry of Finance they will make appropriate decisions with the conditions for inclusion in the regulations, as well as the consequences for those who lose them again. According to the plan:
1. It is possible to restore the settings of 120 and 72 parts that were lost or became unusable before 1.2.2023. The renewal of these arrangements takes place until July 31, 2023 with the payment of 2 installments and with the renewal of all the benefits of the arrangements, such as, for example. issuance of bank accounts disposition of 120 installments. Renewal of arrangements occurs by mandatory, within one month after the confirmation of the revival, the inclusion of unmanaged debts in a fixed arrangement of 24 or 48 payments. This scheme also extends to those who previously joined 24-48 dues and missed regulation.
2. The new installment plan 36-72 is established for those who, as of November 1, 2021, did not have overdue or unsettled debts, while paying all installments of installment plan 72 or 120, if they had such agreements. The new regulation concerns debts overdue after November 1, 2021, the minimum monthly payment is 30 euros and comes with the benefits that the regulation of 120 payments also had, such as the release of bank accounts. For debtors who have formed arrears in the period from November 1, 2021 to February 1, 2023 and have already included them in the established order of 24 or 48 payments, they can be subjected to the new regime of 72 contributions, debts in a permanent order of 24 or 48 payments that were subsequently lost, and at the same time new debts were confirmed, after November 1, 2021, these new debts can be included in the new order of 36 or 72 doses.
