OUR Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis) and the rest of the characters in the award-winning series”Ted Lassoon the Apple platform are back with a third round of episodes.

The streaming service has announced that the new season of the hit British sports comedy about football will premiere on Wednesday, March 15 2022 with a double episode and the rest will be shown weekly. By the way, along with the date, Apple TV + released the first teaser trailer of the season.

The third season of Theda Lasso will consist of 12 episodes. According to the official description, “Newly promoted AFC Richmond are facing ridicule as media forecasts widely place them in last place in the Premier League. Nate (Nick Mohamed) works for Rupert (Anthony Head) at West Ham United.

Following Nate’s controversial departure from Richmond, Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein) becomes assistant coach alongside Byrd (Brandan Hunt). Meanwhile, while Ted faces pressure at work, he also continues to struggle with his own personal issues. Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham) aims to beat Rupert, and Kylie (Juno Temple) tries to become the boss of her own PR agency. Everything seems to be falling apart on and off the field, but Lasso’s team is still getting ready to give it their all.”

The creator of the series is Sudeikis himself, along with Bill Lawrence, Joe Kelly and Hunt. In fact, Sudeikis is also a producer.
