President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said tonight that it is “probably” that formal EU accession talks for his country will begin this year European Union.

“What did we actually agree on today? There is a consensus that accession negotiations can start this year. Tonight we can say that Ukraine is moving towards its goal,” he said in his daily evening address, referring to the outcome of the EU summit. – The Ukrainian spent in Kyiv.
