
The two men ended up in the hands of the authorities after they were spotted in the store during a robbery. While trying to escape, they wounded a policeman.
In particular, the incident unfolded early on Thursday morning, when the staff of the OPKE approx. from the Attica Security Directorate identified one 38 years old and 30 years oldenter into antique store.
As soon as they noticed the presence of the police at the scene, they smashed the window pane to escape, hitting one of the police in the head.
A chase ensued, during which they tried in every possible way to prevent their arrest, throwing objects at the police and placing cabinets and chairs on the site as obstacles.
The policemen stopped them and arrested them, and the wounded policeman was taken to the hospital.
The arrested persons, against whom a case was filed by the Acropolis Security Department, were taken to the competent prosecutor’s office.
