
At least 527 people lost their lives in Iran since anti-government protests began more than four months ago, according to the news agency human rights activists based in the USA.
Among them 71 minors and 70 police officers and other security forces, according to the organization.
Nearly arrested in total 20,000 people. More than one hundred of them facing death sentence. Some of the protesters already completed.
A wave of national protest was sparked by the death in custody of Mahsa Amini on September 16, 2022.
An Iranian woman of Kurdish origin was arrested by the vice police for wearing the hijab incorrectly.
According to the same source, the protests have spread to 160 cities outside the Iranian capital.
Iranian authorities have not yet released information on the total number of deaths and arrests.
