The Bucharest Court of Appeal overturned at first instance a ruling issued by ANRE last year regarding the change in the method of compensating the invoices of renewable energy producers, the Alliance for the Union of Romanians announced in a press release on Sunday. .

Partially cancels ANRE Order No. 15/2022 as amended by Order No. 95/2022, in accordance with Article 11, paragraph 3, section IV of the Annex to Order 15/2022, amended by Order No. 95/2022. AUR senator Rodica Boancă, one of the initiators of the action in the judiciary, accused ANRE of “deceiving consumers when it introduced partial and not full compensation of electricity bills for green energy producers”, according to AUR.

I was defending the interests of prosumers, citizens who invested in renewable energy sources and whom ANRE, as always, tried to protect by defrauding them in mafia style! I appealed this order and we won! Order 15/2022 ANRE, which regulated the method of invoicing consumers through methodological rules, has been repealed! In practice, ANRE has intervened in Energy Law No. 123/2012 as amended, article 73, which provides for quantitative compensation (1 to 1 compensation), with billing only for the difference and required by their order, which is a by-law, a different type of compensation, this time partial! ANRE must develop a new set of methodological rules so that the Energy Law is followed precisely, without interpretations by ANRE “specialists!”, Rodica Boanca said in a Facebook post.
“The term prosumer, which was formed by combining the words producer and consumer, defines the final consumer who owns power generation capacity, but whose specific activity is not energy production, who consumes and can store and sell the generated electricity from renewable sources. in their own home ownership,” the AUR press release also states.
