Aged 26, the Japanese is in the last 6 months of his contract with Eintracht Frankfurt and will be out of contract in the summer.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona is interested in the player who played 26 matches and scored 6 goals for the Japanese national team.

Daichi Kamada is primarily an attacking midfielder and can play as a central midfielder as well as a second striker.

In the current season, Kamada played 24 matches for Eintracht Frankfurt, scoring 12 goals and providing 4 assists.

With Eintracht, Kamada won the UEFA Europa League (2022) and the German Cup (2018).
