
Ukrainian troops attacked with HIMARS the hospital building of the former car factory in Kadiivka, Luhansk region occupied by Russia, the Strategic Communications Department of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on January 22, Kyiv Independent reports.
Kadiivka is a town about 50 kilometers south of Lysychansk that was Ukraine’s last bastion in eastern Luhansk Oblast until it fell to Russia in early July.

The administration, citing its sources, reported that the former hospital housed Russian military personnel, in particular those connected to Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov.
Russian-controlled militants in the Luhansk region recognized the Ukrainian attack on Kadiivka. In a Telegram message, the militants reported that the HIMARS attack in Ukraine on January 21 destroyed the plant’s dispensary.
As Kyiv Independent reports, none of the parties has announced anything about the victims of the terrorist attack.
