Iuliana Demetrescu and Mihaela Šepus have been selected as referees for the FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, according to a statement from the Romanian Football Federation.
The competition will take place from July 20 to August 20, 2023, and Romania will send two representatives to judge at this tournament.
Iuliana Demetrescu is on the list of central referees, which also includes France’s Stephanie Frappart, who also officiated at the World Championships in Qatar.
In addition, Mihaela Tsepusha was nominated and selected for the list of assistant referees who will be present at this competition.
