LeBron James scored 47 NBA points for the Los Angeles Lakers on his 38th birthday.
The Lakers beat the Atlanta Hawks 130-121, and LeBron scored 47 points.
The performance makes him the fourth player in NBA history to score 45 or more points at age 38, joining Michael Jordan, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Jamal Crawford.
In addition to 47 points, LeBron also made 10 rebounds and 9 assists.
However, the season for the Lakers is not very good: the team is in 13th place in the Western Conference with 15 wins and 21 losses.
“I feel better than when I was 18 years old. I keep working to be true to the game and then maybe I can become one of the best players in the game. I always had fun on the field. So I wouldn’t say I’m 18, but I felt young tonight” – LeBron James.
