The prominent lawyer clarified that the MEP did not appeal against the decision to extend her pre-trial detention for a month “for legal reasons” and confirmed that a new request for parole would be filed, which would be considered after her pre-trial detention expires.

Ms Kylie was visited today at the prison where her father is being held.
