A team of specialized consultants from PwC in Romania provided financial and tax due diligence, transaction support and tax structuring services for Resolv Energy in two new renewable energy transactions in Romania, projects with a total capacity of over 1,000 MW.

It is about a controlling stake in Low Carbon, which is developing two onshore wind farms in Adamklis and Delena (Constanța County), as well as the acquisition of the Vis Viva wind farm in Buzău.

PwC Romania also assisted Rezolv in the acquisition of a 1,044 MW solar park in Arad.
