The results of the study confirmed the high satisfaction of employees with their working environment, as well as the fact that the collective spirit is the main and essential value of the company. 89% of employees who took part in the survey are proud of the achievements of the Kaizen Gaming team, 85% believe that they make a significant contribution to the development of the company, 88% of kaizeners believe that they can count on the cooperation of colleagues and more than 90% say that Kaizen is treated equally, regardless of their age, ethnicity, gender or sexual preferences.

Kaizen in Japanese means “continuous development” and is the motto that reflects the spirit of the company, which from a team of 20 people in 2012 today has more than 1,600 kaizeners worldwide and is one of the fastest growing gaming technology companies internationally. During 2022, Kaizen Gaming has created 800 new jobs, with plans to create 1,000 additional jobs in 2023. The 1,600 Kaiseners belong to 31 nationalities and speak more than 17 languages. Their goal is to continually improve the entertainment experience they offer to their customers, as well as the technology that supports that experience.
