Ukraine recaptured Kherson from Russian forces on November 11, sparking several days of celebrations in the square, which President Volodymyr Zelensky visited a few days later to welcome the end of the Russian occupation of the occupied southern city.

Russian troops bombarded Kherson from the opposite side of the Dnieper after abandoning the city and retreating to the west bank of the river.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko reported that two floors of the building were damaged, but no one was injured.

On his Telegram channel, he published images showing rubble near the building and the covering of an internal corridor that had collapsed. Some windows were broken, although the structure of the building appeared intact.

A video shot shortly after the attack is circulating on social media.
