New evidence has emerged in the case of the shooting of 16-year-old Roma by a police officer in Thessaloniki during a chase. This morning, a second bullet was found in the shooting area, nailed to the door of a nearby hotel.
The bullet has already been received by the criminal service, and it will be checked whether it had a similar trajectory to the first one, which hit a 16-year-old teenager in the head. If this is proven, it would automatically mean that the accused police officer did not fire a warning shot in the air to stop the car driven by the young Gypsy.
Meanwhile, the 16-year-old’s parents and their lawyer, Theophilos Alexopoulos, showed up at the courthouse in the morning to file a civil lawsuit.
