We read with great surprise that the Government/ANRE/Minenergo with all their “experts” “invented” PD for taxation of “prosumers” (that is, those individuals, mainly who produce and self-consume). renewable energy, in the case of an electric front).
Instead of being inspired by the good tradition of our ancestors, which says that if you produce tuika for your own consumption (something, I think, up to 50 liters), you are exempt from any taxes, our “experts” in energy and “long-term financial planning and sustainability” (a term taken from the Directive and personally I have not seen in Romania for about 30 years), it is inspired precisely by the EU Directive on renewable energy sources, from which it extracts what suits the Government/ANRE/Ministry of Energy, themselves and energy distributors , not consumers and consumers of electricity.
The “wave” of interest in renewable energy sources has not even started well yet (the whole population, frightened by the energy price shock, is looking for solutions – the most difficult ones, because the majority of the population in energy poverty has no option. . . God is merciful), and oh, what was the Govt thinking under the “cover” of providing assistance for investments in PV, is it too much to “bother” energy distributors?…let’s charge (we also extract a penny from idiots who try to produce energy for their own consumption).
Let’s analyze in more detail the “stinginess” of this Government Resolution (apparently, invented by whom, it is not difficult to guess, and signed by the Government, “as the mayor”, more or less accomplices)
First of all, such a regulation is illegal according to Regulation 1999/2018 (which is mandatory), being a political decision that affects the vast majority of individual consumers, since it was necessary to organize a public discussion!
