
In a series of tweets, Elon Musk said that Apple would threaten to remove Twitter from the App Store, which would have serious consequences for the social network. Elon Musk accused Apple of censorship, and the relationship between him and the company led by Tim Cook is not friendly at all.
Apple has not commented on Musk’s allegations in any way. The company also removed from the App Store apps that did not pass thorough moderation, apps that tried to bypass Apple’s payment system, and apps where adult content could easily be found.

Musk accused Apple of censorship and criticized the fees the Cupertino-based company imposes on various apps in the App Store.
Elon Musk has had a strained relationship with Apple in recent years and has said that when Tesla had major financial problems and was close to bankruptcy, he considered the idea of selling the company to Apple, but Tim Cook did not want to discuss it with him at the time.
Removing Twitter from Apple’s or Google’s app store will affect Twitter’s business, which isn’t doing very well anyway.
