• Control centers.
• Large Taxpayer Monitoring Center (KEFOMEP).
• Large Enterprise Management Center (KEMEEP).
• Public Financial Services (PFS).
In particular, by the decision of AADE Commander Giorgos Pitsilis:
– The online application starts from 29.11.2022 by choice and from 1.2.2023 by mandatory, via the Internet, using personal access codes to Taxisnet online services.
– Both open appeals and requests for a 50% tax suspension will be submitted electronically. All documents and supporting documents accompanying the challenged appeal will also be submitted electronically.
– Digital filing remains optional only for residents of other countries until the process of updating their data is completed.
As follows from the design of the ADE, those who submit an appeal will be able to follow the progress of its passage online. Appellants will log into the online platform with their personal Taxisnet codes and fill in the fields related to the content of the one-page appeal. The appeal must contain the exact details of the debtor, the contested act, the reasons, statements and documents on which the debtor bases his claim, the address to which notifications of decisions, acts and other dispute resolution documents will be sent.
